Visible surfaces are finished according to the selected design.
If you require a honed or polished finish for specific surfaces, please inform us before production.
NATURAL STONE NOTICE
Every Calacatta Viola marble block is unique.
Veining, burgundy and purple movement, cream background, and natural markings may vary from the photos. These natural variations are not defects; they are part of the beauty of genuine marble.
If you have a specific preference, such as stronger purple veining, less gold movement, or a lighter background, please message us before production. We will do our best to select a suitable stone for your project.

- Available stone photos can be shared before production.
- Your bathtub is handcrafted in our workshop.
- Final photos and videos are sent before shipping.
- Once approved, the bathtub is securely packed and shipped.

Production time: approximately 30 business days.
Shipping: Free worldwide shipping with FedEx Express.
Each bathtub is packed in a strong wooden crate with protective materials for safe international delivery.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Customs duties, VAT, import fees, or local taxes are not included in the item price.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility if applicable.

Custom-made sizes or personalized details may not be eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
